Printer Rates

Gray Matter Computing offers maintenance, repair, and installation service agreements, which increases printer uptime while protecting your printer investment. Printer contracts include a fixed Quarterly and Annual cost (including parts and labor). Gray Matter Computing also offers additional flexibility with hourly service programs. Professionally Certified Service Engineers will complete most repairs on-site the same day. Gray Matter is also authorized to sell new and certified refurbished printers, accessories, supplies and memory upgrades to offer additional cost savings to our customers.

Service Contracts

Annual Service Contracts cover all parts (consumables not included), labor and maintenance costs for one low price that is paid in advance. Included are Four Preventative Maintenance visits per machine per year. All printers must be inspected and have necessary repairs before contract will be executed. Only the most common Laser Printers are listed. Quantity discounts may apply. Please call to receive a quote for your printers.

Maintenance

Gray Matter printer professionals will perform the following actions under a printer maintenance contract:

Mechanical Replacement Program—We strive to diagnose and resolve your laser printer issues quickly and easily to help you better track the performance of your printers.

Installation/Configuration—Our professionals are trained to deliver, install and configure printers.

Upgrades– Are your printers running slow, do print jobs never make it to the printer, are users complaining? Gray Matter Computing can analyze your current network and local printing architecture and provide recommendations and upgrades to improve your printing environment.

Restocking Services—Gray Matter restocking services will provide regular supply inventory checks to keep your printers continually stocked. We automatically maintain preset levels so you avoid the hassles and downtime when toner and supplies run out.

Repair Facilities—Gray Matter provides an authorized repair facility for those repairs that cannot be completed on the customer premises.

Document—Gray Matter can provide documentation of your printing environment and configurations. Additionally we provide recommendations and a list of steps to improve your printing environment.
